Physical Therapy Complete. A tenant improvement of 3,000 SF designed for the best PT in Phoenix. The existing TI was completely removed. The new design concept exposed the roof trusses creating  more volume and angled a key interior wall to break the experiential and visual connection from the outside of the existing freestanding building.
