Many of our clients will only build one project, what this means is that we have great deal of experience as educators, bringing you through the crosstown traffic of design and construction, contractors and government agencies. As well, we have other clients who have become more systematic after building many projects.

The most important element in working with another is alignment in each others goals. The approach to each project follows a similar course: from the initial information gathering through to the final inspection. . The goal is to sort through all of the design influences on a path of the best choice and allow for open re-evaluation along the way.

While some projects can be linear when repetitive others take a more meandering direction. There is nothing quite like the completion of a project and firing up a new building.
